How much does mediation cost?
Mediation is one of the most cost-effective forms of alternative dispute resolution. Additionally, we always strive to be transparent and upfront with our pricing.
As such, we offer fixed fees for our mediation service.
Mediation Fixed Fee Package
- Short Session Mediations (2 hours), Half Day Mediations (4 Hours) or Full Day mediations (7 Hours).
- Short Session Mediations are conducted by telephone only. They are not typically available for mediations where the value of the claim is in excess of £25,000, however exceptions can be made on enquiry.
- Half Day Mediations or Full Day Mediations can be conducted in person or via Zoom.
- Costs include 2 Hours preparation (save for Short Session Mediations where costs include 1 hour preparation)

- Registered Member of Civil Mediation Council
- Member of the International Mediation Institute
- High quality, tiered, cost-effective service to ensure that any mediation remains proportionate to the value of the claim.

Location
Subject to office availability we can host a mediation across most of our offices, which are located throughout Essex, free of charge.
We are also able to travel to your offices or any other neutral venues if required, however depending on the distance it might be that there is a small travel charge which can be discussed prior to booking the mediation.
